In the early 1900's, Charles J. Zollinger began a business that has lasted through the generations to become an experienced construction company committed to quality. One of the first buildings he constructed was the Madison County Courthouse and years later the Canyon Creek bridge. Charles loved his community and wanted to build things that lasted through time and that the people in this valley could enjoy for years to come.

 

Charles Place Cottages is located on the old Zollinger homestead that has been in the family since the late 1800s. Charles' grandsons are now building beautiful cottages on the old homestead as they share in his passion for building things that last.
